At Use-Ta!, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible items. Please ensure all garments remain in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all designer tags and security seals are intact and included in the box.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
